  • The schedule itinerary may change depending on external factors including but not limited to weather conditions, road traffic conditions, and other unforeseeable circumstances
  • The meal selection and menu may vary based on availability. The tour operator will try their best to prepare tasty, fresh food that everyone can consume. However, the tour operator cannot guarantee that the meals provided will cater to your dietary preferences and restrictions

Cancellation Policy:

• • All booking cancellations are subject to cancellation fees
  • Cancellations made less than 1 day(s) prior to selected visit date are not eligible for a refund
  • Cancellations made at least 1 day(s) prior to selected visit date are eligible for up to 20% refund of the original price
  • Cancellations made at least 2 day(s) prior to selected visit date are eligible for up to 50% refund of the original price
  • This voucher’s validity period can’t be rescheduled

– Once your booking has been verified, the tour operator will contact you by phone 1 day before the tour starts

– You are suggested to confirm your booking by contacting the tour operator directly through the phone number on your voucher

Pick Up Information:

Airport to Hotel

• • For Ngurah Rai Airport pick up service, the driver will wait on arrival gate up to 2-hours after your flight landing. Please contact the number listed on your voucher if you will arrive late
  • Pick up point at arrivals hall, and our driver will be holding a Balicarrental sign with your full name

Hotel to Airport

• • Please be at the hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time

Excursion

• • Please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time
  • The driver will wait up to 45 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you are not present for pick up and cannot be reached, you will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be given for latecomers and no-shows
  • If you want to reschedule the pick up time, please call the contact number listed on your voucher at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time

Surcharge:

• • Overtime fee: IDR 50.000 per hour
  • For pick ups between 12.00am-06.00am there will be a surcharge of IDR 250.000
