Yesterday, 2nd of September 2015, I took again a chance to see if there’s a possibility of renting a small compact car just by showing up at the counter. At that moment, none was available for the taking. On most cases, the person at the counter will just tell me straight that there’s no available car of that category, period. Or he will tell me to take the next higher category, come back on the next day or place my booking thru your website. And then the “Thank you” and “Have a nice day” thing follows. Instead, he didn’t waste time calling in his colleagues from different sites just to know if they have a spare car
